1300 – 1800: Volunteer requested water twenty-seven (27) times. Upon each request, Volunteer was provided 8oz of water.
1800 – 1900: Volunteer ate provided meal, declining to use utensils; ate as if he/she were starving. Vitals taken, cleared.
1900 – 2200: Volunteer continued to request water. Following Volunteer’s fifteenth (15) request, water was declined. Volunteer began throwing things around his/her Individual Observation Lounge, culminating in Volunteer running headfirst into the north-facing wall. Room secured with Compound JKL-926, medical attention administered, Volunteer returned to room, placed in restraints.
Supervisor note: Suspected live trial. Volunteer will be restrained and observed overnight (Room 27C).

[Volunteer repeated this from approximately 1920 – 2105. At approximately 2105, Volunteer began screaming and fell into the fetal position in the southwest corner of IOL. Volunteer screamed until they began spitting blood, presumably from the throat being raw. When Volunteer was informed it was time to return to their room for sleep, Volunteer complied, and had seemingly no recollection of the prior event.]
Supervisor note: Suspected live trial. Volunteer to be closely observed throughout night.
Overnight notes
Volunteer 2 continued vomiting. Between bouts of vomiting and diarrhea, Volunteer 2 wrote in provided journal from 0152 – 0322. [TRANSCRIPT ATTACHED]

At 0341, Volunteer 2 collapsed, unconscious. Emergency resuscitation was attempted, unsuccessful. Volunteer 2 declared deceased at 0352. Volunteer 2 exterminated, thus removed from trial.
Volunteer 3 did not sleep, spent time in room screaming for water. At 0226, Volunteer 3 broke bones in left hand by pulling hand through restraint. Volunteer 3 removed restraint from right hand and both feet and began drinking water from water cooler until water cooler was empty. Volunteer 3 then began drinking water from sink in Room 27C restroom. At 0302, Volunteer collapsed, apparently drowned. CPR was performed, Volunteer 3 was resuscitated. Immediately upon resuscitation (approximately 0304), Volunteer 3 attacked medical personnel: tore throat from MP0C6889 (deceased), bit thumb, index finger, middle finger from MP0J0615. Compound JKL-926 released into Room 27C, Volunteer 3 continued drinking water until rendered unconscious. Medical attention to Volunteer 3’s left hand administered.
At 0412, Volunteer 6 got out of bed and began talking to self while staring at northeast corner of Room 29C. [TRANSCRIPT ATTACHED]

Volunteer curled into ball and began sobbing. Sobbing ceased at 0416, at which point Volunteer resumed standing position and repeated above dialogue while staring at northeast corner. Speaking and sobbing repeated in regular intervals until 0536. Volunteer then got back into bed and stared at ceiling until 0600.

1200 – 1300: Volunteer declined provided meal, continued requesting water, was provided 8oz of water at 1230. Vitals taken, cleared.
1300 – 1800: Volunteer continued to scream for water during entire duration of morning observation, was provided 8oz of water at 1513. All other requests declined.
1800 – 1900: Volunteer ceased requests for water, requested provided meal. Volunteer’s right hand released from restraint. Volunteer used plastic spork to stab self in both eyes. Compound JKL-926 released into Volunteer 3’s IOL. Once unconscious, medical attention administered, Volunteer 3 remanded to Room 27C. Vitals taken, cleared.

Volunteer repeated above dialogue from until 1154, at which point Volunteer fainted. By time medical personnel entered IOL, Volunteer awakened with seemingly no recollection of prior event.
1200 – 1300: Volunteer ate provided meal: One (1) sandwich, turkey, one (1) apple, one (1) bag nacho cheese chips (2.5oz), one (1) granola bar. Vitals taken, cleared.
1300 – 1800: Volunteer muttered unintelligibly during entire duration of afternoon observation. Following afternoon observation, Volunteer had seemingly no recollection of how session was spent.
1800 – 1900: Volunteer ate provided meal: Two (2) pieces salisbury steak, one (1) serving macaroni and cheese (3oz), one (1) fruit cup, one (1) slice cornbread, one (1) brownie. Vitals taken, cleared.
1900 – 2200: Volunteer stood at 2-way observation mirror, repeating names of observing physicians and supervisors [see Observer Log 022349], as well as the name of physician and supervisor family members. At 2126, Volunteer walked to northeast corner and began sobbing. Volunteer requested dismissal from trial [DECLINED].
Supervisor note: Effects moving at faster pace than anticipated. Prepare FAILSAFE RLM-0505 for immediate containment if necessary.
Overnight notes
At 0118, Volunteer 3 began screaming. Volunteer 3 began vomiting water, which soon led to Volunteer 3 vomiting blood. Volunteer 3 began bleeding through eye bandages, nose, ears, naval, [gender unspecified genitalia], rectum. Volunteer 3’s fingernails and toenails fell off. Volunteer 3’s skin began sloughing from body. Medical personnel dispatched, by the time they arrived, Volunteer 3 had no skin, and soon fell into unconsciousness. Emergency resuscitation attempted, failed. Volunteer 3 declared deceased at 0124. Volunteer 3 exterminated, thus removed from trial.
At 0257, Volunteer 6 awoke and walked to northeast corner of Room 29C and began talking to self. [TRANSCRIPT ATTACHED]

At 0333, Room 18C showed Volunteer 4 in bed, asleep. Despite this, at 0333, an individual of an exact identical features to Volunteer 4 entered Room 17C, took a hold of Volunteer 1’s hair and pulled, removing Volunteer 1’s head and spine. Compound JKL-926 administered to Room 17C, had no effect on Volunteer 4.
At 0333, FAILSAFE RLM-0505 employed.
At 0334, Volunteer 4 entered Room 22C and proceeded to penetrate Volunteer 5’s mouth and throat with spine of Volunteer 1. Volunteer 4 then disemboweled Volunteer 5. Compound JKL-926 administered to Room 22C, had no effect on Volunteer 4.
At 0335, security personnel approached Room 22C. SP2V3466 [DECEASED] fired a round from service pistol at Volunteer 4, no damage was done. [POSSIBLE FEED GLITCH] Volunteer 4 moved from center of room to southwest corner of room (door to Room 22C) by apparent teleportation, reached down the throat of SP2V3466 to Volunteer 4’s elbow, and pulled arm through the front of SP2V3466’s body. Shots fired by SP4G9897 [DECEASED] had no effect on Volunteer 4. Volunteer 4 removed the jawbone of SP4G9897.
At 0336, Volunteer 4 entered Room 29C, spoke with Volunteer 6. [TRANSCRIPT ATTACHED]
Volunteer 6: Is that you? [Yelling] IS THAT YOU?
Volunteer 4: Yes.
Volunteer 6: [Yelling] WHY?
Volunteer 4: Better fit.
Volunteer 4 proceeded to break the fingers, thumbs, wrists, elbows, toes, feet, ankles, shins, knees, hip bones, ribs, sternum, collarbone, back, and neck of Volunteer 6.
At 0343, Volunteer 4 exited room 29C. Volunteer 4 removed specialized doors, bypassing FAILSAFE RLM-0505. Volunteer 4 dispatched SP2M4513 [DECEASED], SP2A7548 [DECEASED], SP3F0098 [DECEASED], SP3B1246 [DECEASED], SP2K0810 [DECEASED], SP5C7430 [DECEASED], SP4L5739 [DECEASED], ES1D4346 [DECEASED], ES1C1967 [DECEASED], and ET3W6676 [DECEASED].
Volunteer 4 no longer on Spaulding campus as of 0356. Volunteer 4 last seen headed northeast.
